Leadership: Encouraging your teammates/ group members is a part of leadership and a good leader will involve everyone in the group to make a decision. I think a leader should always ask for their group members idea and should always remember about team work.

I like the introduction you gave about what leadership means to you. I would have also liked to see your results from the leadership quiz that you did and a comment on if you think the results you got matched how you feel about yourself as a leader. Without it, it shows to me you haven't fully checked all the criteria before publishing.
