ESOL Reflection

What was the best lesson and why?

Probably the best lesson was yesterday's lesson because after the test we had free time which I enjoyed a lot.

What did you enjoy doing and why?

I enjoyed the test yesterday because it was so easy and simple.

What was one task you were proud of and why?

I was proud of my ESSAY that I did the other week because I wrote as many words as I was supposed to write and I really liked my ESSAY.

What is something you could do differently/better next time?

I was late to class a few times and I will try to change that next term by being on time for my classes.

Some days at end of the period we play Kahoot. on week 10 we did a blog about respect and a blog about a cultural celebration and I couldn't finish that on time but I finished it the next day. I have learnt a lot during these 12 weeks and I really enjoyed this class, sometimes it was boring but most of the time's it was fun.

As a Muslim, We celebrate Ramadan once a year for Thirty days and during these thirty days, we don’t eat from sunrise to sunset. And It also spelt as
“Ramazan” and in the ninth of the Islamic calendar which is Tuesday 13th April till Wednesday 12th May we fast. we wake up before sunrise and eat and that’s called “Sahari”. We pray five times a day during Ramadan if you don’t pray your Fast won’t count if that makes sense.

Asr – the late afternoon prayer. It is four Rakat Salah.

Maghrib – the sunset prayer. It is three Rakat Salah.

Isha – the night prayer. It is four Rakat Salah

  1. Swimming

  2. Eating

  3. Drinking

  4. swearing or lying
