What Hauora mean?
Hauora is a Maori word that means well being.
- Taha tinana means physical
- Taha whanu means social
- Taha wairua means spiritual
- Taha hinengaro means mental and emotional
Whats whare tapa wha?

My current Hauora is :
- physical: I play football for the school and for the Hallswel club.
- Spiritual: I believe in god
- Mental and emotional: I am sleeping 8 hours a night and I’m always smiling.
- Social: I hang out with my friends

1- Why don’t more people do this?
Because of some time, people feel out of their comfort zone because they are strangers.

- I gave my food to a boy that works on the streets.
Why?
- Because he needed it and he was looking at me.
